Jessica Kaczka is a Rochester, NY native known for her relational approach, steady guidance, and deep commitment to the people she serves. She earned her degree in Community Health from SUNY Potsdam, where she was also a four-year collegiate basketball player — experiences that shaped her strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and drive to show up consistently for others.

Before real estate, Jess built her career in the non-profit, community-based space, where creating and sustaining meaningful relationships was at the heart of her work. After purchasing her first home with The Friend Team, she knew she wanted to be part of the same group that made the process feel supportive, informed, and genuinely cared for — and she hasn’t looked back.

Today, the majority of Jess’s business comes from friends, family, and her personal network — a reflection of the trust she builds and the care she brings to every transaction. Clients appreciate her calm presence, clear communication, and ability to step in wherever needed to ensure a smooth experience. She’s also a valued team player, frequently supporting fellow agents and helping serve clients at the highest level.
