Director of Operations

Brittany Gross earned her marketing degree from Siena College and spent over a decade building a successful career in sales before joining The Friend Team. Drawn to a women-owned business that aligned with both her professional goals and the season of life she was entering, Brittany quickly became an integral part of the team.

She began her journey as Director of Client Relations and has since grown into the role of Director of Operations, where she now oversees all aspects of the business. From refining systems and processes to supporting team growth and expansion, Brittany is constantly learning, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly so the team can serve clients at the highest level.

Beyond operations, Brittany plays a key role in maintaining the strong, connected culture The Friend Team is known for—supporting team members, fostering collaboration, and keeping people at the center of everything they do.

Brittany lives in Spencerport with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Madigan and Grayson.
