We were so happy to have The Friend Team on our side when it came to selling our parent's home. Abbey was super helpful when she explained the plan to sell the home. She did her research and showed us what houses were selling for in that area of town. Then she explained what her plan was for selling our home. She went over the house carefully and asked us for specific information which would be helpful for a prospective buyer to know. She also was able to suggest people who could help us get the home ready. Communication was great and we did not have any problems if we had any questions or concerns. Calls and texts were answered in a timely manner. Abbey's plan was executed as stated. The home went on the market and offers were in 5 days later. The house was sold and we were satisfied with the results. We would definitely recommend

We worked with Christine and the Friend Team to buy our Geneva home, and it was genuinely the best part of this experience.
